Cho nồi lên bếp vặn lửa to đảo đều cho thịt săn lại. Cho thêm ít nước cho thịt kho không bị khô cứng, vặn lửa nhỏ lại kho trong vòng khoảng 20 phút.
Khi thịt trong nồi đã gần khô nước nên nêm nếm lại các gia vị sao cho phù hợp với khẩu vị của mình . Thêm vào khoảng 1-2 muỗng cà phê sốt đậm đặc từ thịt của Knorr để món kho thêm đậm đà , lát thịt kho thêm vàng óng . Nước thịt khô cạn và vừa ăn ta cho thêm ít tiêu lên trên và cho ra đĩa thưởng thức.
