Qua thời gian ủ, bột bánh bao đã nở to, lấy bột bánh ra nhồi sơ lại. Chia bột bánh bao sữa thành 6-7 phần nhỏ. Vo viên tròn, đè hơi dẹp xếp lên khay ủ lại 20 phút.
Cách làm bánh bao nướng áp chảo: Bắc chảo không dính lên bếp, xếp bánh vào, đậy nắp kín áp chảo 3 phút với lửa thấp. Sau đó trở mặt bánh, bạn cứ trở 1-2 lần cho mặt bánh bao nướng vàng đều là bánh chín.
