If you want some exercise and don't want to go to the gym, try martial arts. Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Taekwondo are my favorite. If fighting is not your thing, try running or maybe other sports like soccer or tennis. These are great for your health and will keep your body fit.
